Willows Run Golf Complex

Beautiful golf course with much acreage and wildlife. Nice asphalt walkways. Golf carts available too. Most walk the holes. It’s adjacent to the Redmond trail ( lake to lake trail) for bikes, walking etc.

Willows Run Golf Complex is a fantastic place to spend a few hours, whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just looking to practice. The facilities are excellent, with well-maintained courses, a spacious driving range, and practice areas that cater to every skill level. The grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything is well organized, making it easy to enjoy your time without feeling rushed. It’s a great destination for a casual round with friends, serious practice, or simply enjoying a beautiful day outdoors. One of the best golf facilities in the Redmond area, and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately Willows Run Golf Course has gone downhill significantly. The course conditions were extremely disappointing. The tee boxes have been replaced with some type of grass that makes it nearly impossible to get a tee into the ground properly, which is frustrating on nearly every hole. To make matters worse, the sprinklers were running while we were actively playing in the middle of the afternoon, something I’ve never experienced at a course before. The greens were in rough shape as well, with numerous damaged and torn-up areas that made putting inconsistent and frustrating. What is most disappointing is that this course used to be one of my favorites. Before the reconstruction project started a couple of years ago, the conditions were much better. Now that the reconstruction is supposedly complete, the course feels worse than it did before. For the price charged, I expected much better course maintenance and playing conditions. I sincerely hope management takes the feedback seriously and works to bring the course back to the quality it once had.

A well fed looking coyote appeared when we were there. He just casually walked around for a bit and off into the woods. It's a rainy day, the parking lot wasn't full, we had no issue finding a spot to practice

Played the Herron par 3 course today with my son and grandson. It’s a great short course. Hole lengths vary from about 80 to 160 yards. The fairways and greens are in pretty good shape. The tee boxes are a bit rough and I uniform. The grass varies and lots of divots. The course was a bit wetter than expected so a bit of plugging going on. The holes do have hazards including water, bunkers and ravines. This makes it a bit more challenging than most par 3 courses. I really enjoyed playing bd hope to return soon.
